INTERVENTION DESCRIPTION:
The intervention is part of the redevelopment of the entire complex of Viale dell’arte 25, which included substantial plant and structural works such as the addition of an external metal carpentry staircase of 26 m.
2012-14.
Survey of the entire complex including the two basement floors and building practices.
2015-2016.
Survey of the circular auditorium and executive project and bill of quantities of the Telecom Variant for tender for buildings B and C. Amount of the present works € 6 million - not completed.
2017-2020.
Construction practices and safety coordination during the design and execution phases for two phases of the contract: external works arrangement and construction of a metal carpentry staircase; civil, plant and structural works for an area of 15,000 square meters total amount of works € 10 million.
2020.
Extraordinary maintenance works regarding plants and civil works to adapt the property to the new layout needs.
