INTERVENTION DESCRIPTION:

The complex of Via Veneto, former BNL historical headquarters, occupies an entire block in the historic center of Rome and is the subject of a substantial redevelopment project, which included the restoration of the monumental facades and above all huge structural consolidation works.

The variety of structural interventions is very articulated, which differ in the three buildings that originally made up the building, one of which is entirely in masonry and the more modern one, designed by Marcello Piacentini, in reinforced concrete.
A crane was mounted inside a historic cloister.

Structural consolidation works 25,000 square meters.
Assignment value: 4 mln €

Conservative restoration works on the façades of Via Veneto via Bissolati via San Basilio, Via Versilia for 15,000 square meters.
Assignment value: 4 mln €
